How do I get my junk removed?
Junk removal isn’t an easy task. You may have tv’s,
furniture, beds, construction debris, bags of toys and garbage, it really piles
up and we want to make you informed and help you get rid of it for the most
economical way. We will handle this in
categories to make it quick for you to reference. Just scan below categories
for the junk you are trying to get rid of:
1.
Tv’s – not many people know this but your local
metal scrap / junk yard will typically take tv’s and computer monitors. What
they do is put them inside a car they crush, it works for both parties involved
because you the consumer should be able to dump them for free, the metal
company gets a little more weight on the car they are crushing and the
environment is saved too because every bit of metal inside that crushed car
will be recycled J

Bed’s, Mattresses, and Box Springs – This is
tricky. First tip is find a metal scraper off craigslist, they will pick up
your metal for free, tell them you have a boxspring and frame from a bed and
odds are they will come get it for free. Mattresses are difficult, most town
dumps allow you to drop them off free of charge but some charge. If you don’t have
a truck best thing to do is call a junk removal company NH because they will
include it in a bulk load with others peoples junk so your price will be less.
If you have a truck just run it down, even if the dump charges you it isn’t very
expensive.
3.
Refrigerators – Most junk removal NH companies have
a way of disposing these fairly cheap, some dumps will even take them for free,
if your dump charges you maybe able to call a metal scrapper on craigslist that
is certieified to remove Freon from refrigerators so they can scrap the metal.
If you cant find someone and have a truck then just bite the bullet and bring

free and for cars, even pay you. If you have over lbs of metal it should be
removed for free.

Lumber or tress – You should be able to find a
local land clearing company that will clear your land for free because they
will tke the wood and cord it out to sell as firewood and make their profit
there. If they try to charge you, and you have a lot of wood or big trees,
negotiate with them, do not accept their first or second offers.
6.
A little secret to the public – junk removal
companies sell your items that hold value. They may or may not tell you this.
Most do not. Say you have a fairly new couch but you want to change your homes décor
or maybe you decided to go plasma instead of the 5 year old big screen? Get
your junk removal company out for an estimate and tell them “look I know these
are selling on craigslist right now for x amount – I want 50% of this items
value off my junk haul.” Any smart company will go online, check the value of
resale for the item and gladly offer you a discount, we do all the time.
7.
DON’T CALL A CORPORATE TRASH COMPANY – If you want to
get rid of junk with a junk removal company please do not call a corporate
company as you will pay double what you need to. Call your local junk removal
company – pay less, help them grow, and most importantly help stimulate the American
economy.
